Confidence gained
What I got out of teacher training is more than I could have thought up. I gained a tribe of friends who are some of the most inspiring people and will be my tribe forever. I gained confidence and passion through the process of refining each month. I gained knowledge and the ability to teach yoga, but more than that I gained personal strength,confidence in my voice and new excitement to use that knowledge to change lives! I didn’t know how I wanted to use teacher training or if I was going to teach. After 9 months I feel like it is just the start of new possibility. I am blessed, honored and so proud of this accomplishment & feel empowered by my tribe and community at Epic Yoga.
