We’ve all heard of “get rich quick” schemes, but I have a plan that will make you feel truly wealthy, today!

I recently returned home from a Tony Robbins Mastery University program.

If you know me, you know I love Tony’s programs! Tony’s programs take the best research and knowledge and incorporate it all into one program. Plus they are amazingly fun and invigorating!

This particular program was Life Mastery, followed directly by Wealth Mastery.

Life Mastery includes a pretty intense cleanse with optional colonics. Keep in mind, these events are held in hotels! This particular event was held at the Loews in Coronado, a beautiful location with spectacular  sunrises. One of my favorite things was to see the look on people’s faces as they walked past the big banner sign that said, “Colon Cleansing”. What I noticed is that after people completed the “cleanse” portion of the program they began to reclaim their health and come to the realization that you can’t truly feel wealthy if your health is a train wreck.

There was a story shared at Wealth Mastery as we began to define our own definitions of what “true wealth” was for each of us. The story goes something like this, Tony was at a performance of Cirque de Soleil, he noticed there were 3 empty chairs across the aisle from his family. Shortly after the show began, a very rotund man was escorted down the aisle and shown to his 3 seats… they were all for him. The story goes that someone asked Tony if he knew who the man was, he replied that he did not. Then he was informed that man was one of the wealthiest men in all of Canada. Tony responded, ” I don’t mean any disrespect, but I beg to differ… that is not my version of wealthy.”

This story illustrates the importance and value of health. Most of us take our health for granted, but the truth is, without health, you wouldn’t be able to enjoy all of those dreams and adventures we work so hard to enjoy.

I invite you to take a moment today be grateful for your health. And then make a small deposit into your “health investment account”. Because deposits into that account pay huge dividends over time!

As for me, I am sitting here with a bag of carrots dreaming of an island sailing vacation I am planning for 2019. Want to join me?

Let me know in the comments what you did today to invest in your own health savings account… not the one your employer provides. : )
