Teacher training resulted in lasting gifts
As a group psychotherapist, corporate trainer and long time yoga practitioner, I have attended many personal growth workshops and yoga and sport training events. My outcome expectation for these type of experiences is extremely high. Epic yoga teacher training surpassed all of my expectations. I learned more in the last 9 months not only about yoga, but about myself and others than I have in the last 9 years. I also developed deep and supportive relationships with my yoga teacher tribe that will last forever. That is a true gift.
