These super quick and easy to make protein bites are the perfect between meals pick me up.
1 cup dry oatmeal (I use gluten free oats)
2/3 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup Justin’s Chocolate Hazelnut Butter Blend
1 scoop Chocolate Nutrimeal
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp flax seeds
2 tbsp maca powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground coarse sea salt
1/4 cup raw almonds chopped
1/4 cup raw cashews chopped
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all of the above (except the almonds and cashews) in a Vitamix, or blender. I like to use the Pulse feature to blend.
- Roll into round balls (you can choose whatever size you like).
- Roll balls in mixture of chopped almonds and cashews.
- Place in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
