These super quick and easy to make protein bites are the perfect between meals pick me up.

1 cup dry oatmeal (I use gluten free oats)Protein Bites

2/3 cup coconut flakes

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup Justin’s Chocolate Hazelnut Butter Blend

1 scoop Chocolate Nutrimeal

1 tbsp coconut oil

2 tbsp flax seeds 

2 tbsp maca powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground coarse sea salt

1/4 cup raw almonds chopped

1/4 cup raw cashews chopped

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix all of the above (except the almonds and cashews) in a Vitamix, or blender. I like to use the Pulse feature to blend.
  2. Roll into round balls (you can choose whatever size you like).
  3. Roll balls in mixture of chopped almonds and cashews.
  4. Place in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
