I am not one who loves a big sit down omelette for breakfast. The truth is, most days I am rushing to get my kiddo out the door to school or get to my studio. But, I do enjoy the energy that comes with eating a healthy well-balanced breakfast. My go-to breakfast is a yummy nutrient packed quick and easy smoothie. I have several variations of my favorites, but essentially, there are 3 options for me. Green, Chocolate, or Berry. Usually I start out with a base of water, add in USANA’s Nutrimeal and then embellish as suits my mood. Here are my 3 favorite recipes:

 

Green Goddess:

8-10 ounces water

My Smart Foods Plant Based Protein

1 big handful of spinach

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1/2 frozen banana

USANA Probiotics

3 ice cubes

 

Thin Mint:

8-10 ounces water

My Smart Foods Soy Based Protein

Chocolate My Smart Foods Flavor Optimizer

1 tbsp Fibergy Plus

3 mint leaves

4 ice cubes

 

Berry Good:

My Smart Foods Plant Based Protein

2 handfuls frozen berries

Dash of Balsamic VInegar

USANA Probiotics
